(2 of 2) [SAW-132/2022] The instant intra-court writ appeal is preferred against the order dated 20.12.2021 whereby, challenge laid by the appellants to final answer-key issued by the respondents in relation to the examination held for the post of Librarian Grade III pursuant to the recruitment notification dated 21.05.2018 was dismissed.

The appellants challenged the answer-key in reference to certain questions claiming that the answers provided by the respondents were incorrect. The learned Single Bench, elaborately considered the controversy and finding the resolution as made by the respondent to be in lines with the Supreme Court judgment in the case of Vikesh Kumar Gupta & Anr. vs State of Rajasthan & Ors. : (2021) 2 SCC 309, the challenge laid by the some of the writ petitioners was accepted qua question No.102 only.

Shri Sanadhya submits that the selection process in question has already been concluded long back and fresh recruitment process for Librarian Grade III has been initiated in March, 2022.

In view of the situation noted above, we find no justification so as to interfere in the impugned order. Hence, the instant intra-

court writ appeal is dismissed as being devoid of merit.
