impugned orders as well as the petition have become infructuous
in view of the judgment passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc.
Petition No.3240/2016 alongwith connected matter on
18.10.2022.
In light of such submission, the present petition is dismissed
as having become infructuous. All pending applications stand
disposed of.
