"the impugned judgment dated 01.03.2014 (Ann.4) passed by learned Addl. District Judge No.1, Hanumangarh as well as judgment dated 06.09.2008 and decree dated 19.09.2008 (Ann.3) passed by leaned Debt Relief Court (Civil Judge, S.D.), Hanumangarh may kindly be quashed and set aside."
Learned counsel for the petitioner without pressing the present writ petition on merit submits that he is ready and willing to pay Rs.3,500/- to the respondent No.1 within a period of one month from today.
The offer given by the learned counsel for the petitioner is gracefully accepted by the learned counsel for the respondents.
