2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the petition to Mr. Sunil Purohit, learned counsel, who regularly appears on behalf of the respondent-Corporation.
3. Learned counsel Mr. Purohit may complete his instruction and file reply.
4. List this case in second week of February, 2023 after showing name of Mr. Sunil Purohit in the cause list as counsel for the respondents.
