1. Mr. Bohra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned transfer order dated 05.07.2022 is contrary to Rule 8(iii) of the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Transfer Activities) Rules, 2011 and various judgments passed by this Court in this regard.
2. Issue notice. Issue notice of the stay application also, returnable within six weeks.
3. Meanwhile, effect and operation of the order impugned dated 05.07.2022 (Annx.3) qua the petitioner and relieving order dated 02.01.2023 (Annx.7) shall remain stayed.
