Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a detailed judgment of even date passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2382/2020 "Abdul Gaffar Vs. State of Raj. & Ors.".
In view of the above and the detailed judgment passed by this Court by this Court in Abdul Gaffar (supra), the present writ petition is allowed. The respondents are directed to grant the same relief to the petitioner as has been granted to the similarly situated person i.e. Kanhaiyalal Swarnkar.
