JUSTICE MADAN GOPAL VYAS Judgment / Order 06/01/2023 Pursuant to the directions of this Court, the Investigating Officer has produced the school record of the Star Track Primary School, situated in Khaturia Colony, Bikaner. The record contains admission register, wherein the date of birth (Downloaded on 06/01/2023 at 09:47:33 PM) (2 of 2) [HC-352/2022] of the corpus is mentioned as 5.7.2008. Copy of the original admission form is also produced along with the record, wherein the date of birth of the corpus is also recorded as 5.7.2008.
Mr. M.A. Siddiqui, learned AAG has produced the corpus before this Court through police. We have ascertained wish of the corpus and she has specifically stated that at present, she is residing with her parents and wants to go with them only. The corpus has also stated that her mother is also present in the Court and she came here with her only.
Having regard to the overall facts and circumstances of the case, since the corpus is ready to go with the petitioner, who is her mother and wants to reside with her on her own free will, no further order is required to be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
