JUSTICE REKHA BORANA Order 05/01/2023 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in compliance of the judgment and decree, a demand draft of Rs.2 Lakh was sent to the appellant vide registered AD.
Learned counsel for the appellant does not deny the said fact and admitted that the said demand draft was received by the appellant. However, he submits that the said demand draft has been returned to the respondents by the appellant vide registered AD. He therefore, prays for time to place on record the documents to substantiate the said fact.
Time prayed for is granted. List the matter after two weeks.
