HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR BHARWANI Order 05/01/2023 Heard learned counsel for the appellant and perused the judgment impugned available on record.
This Court is of the opinion that there are valid and substantial grounds for grant of leave to the appellant for filing an appeal against the acquittal of the respondent vide impugned judgment.
Accordingly, the application for grant of leave to appeal is allowed. The memo of leave to appeal be treated as an appeal and it be registered as such.
Let bailable warrant of Rs.25,000/- be issued against the respondent for securing his presence before this Court within eight weeks.
List the matter after eight weeks.
