1. By way of present writ petition, petitioner has prayed thus:-
(Downloaded on 02/01/2023 at 08:40:30 PM)(2 of 3) [CW-19569/2022] "A That the respondents may kindly be directed to consider and provide appointment on the post of Gram Panchayat Sahayak in gram Panchayat Diwandi on the basis of the merit list annexure P/3 after considering his objections made by him.
B. That the respondents may kindly be directed to decide the pending representation annexure P/6 filed for the appointment against the vacant posts of Gram Panchayat Sahayak in Gram Panchayat Diwandi with all consequential benefits.
C. Any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner.
D. Writ petition filed by the petitioner may kindly be allowed with costs."
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the competent authority of the respondents -
State is directed to consider petitioner's representation expeditiously in accordance with law.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the competent authority of the respondent - State, along with the certified copy of the order instant.
4. In case, any such representation is so addressed, the competent authority shall consider the same in accordance with law.
5. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the representation has been issued only with a view to ensure expeditious redressal of petitioner's grievance. 6. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
