JUSTICE KULDEEP MATHUR Order 02/01/2023 Learned counsel Shri Sharma submits that a bunch of identical appeals arising out of the judgment dated 16.10.2020 have been allowed by Division Bench of this Court. However, owing to inadvertent mistake, the appeal (No.541/2020) came to be dismissed for want of prosecution.
