HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 04/01/2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the disputed arrears were deposited much before filing of the writ petition. Learned counsel has relied upon judgments of this Court in DBCWP No.6829/2019 titled as Smt. Geeta Devi Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. and SBCWP No.9092/2021 titled as Mohan Ram Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., wherein the provisions of Rule 63(4) of the Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2017 were considered.
In light of the above submissions, let notices be issued upon the respondents by way of registered post.
Additionally 'dasti' service is also permitted. List the matter after four weeks.
