Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the applicant and the contents of the application, we are inclined to grant one opportunity to the applicant to contest the matter on its own merits.
Accordingly, D.B. Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.427/2022 is restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- in the Rajasthan High Court Legal Services Committee, Jaipur.
Restoration application is allowed.
