Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that if the seal appended by the copying section of the learned trial court at the back side of last page of the impugned judgment is seen, then it is clear that the application seeking certified copy of the impugned judgment and order was submitted on 19.07.2022 and the date fixed for supplying the certified copy of impugned judgment & order was 20.07.2022 and the date fixed for preparing the certified copy was 04.08.2022. The certified copy of the same was provided on 06.09.2022.
A perusal of Clause 8 of the aforesaid seal which provides for "date of issuing the notice for preparation of certified copy of order" shows that it is marked as "-".
In view of the above, learned District Judge is directed to call for the report from the concerned in-charge of the copying section (Downloaded on 30/01/2023 at 11:33:22 PM) (2 of 2) [CRLAS-2058/2022] explaining whether as per clause 8, any such notice was issued informing that certified copy has already been prepared? Such report is to be forwarded to this Court before next date of hearing.
