1. The petitioner has approached this Court with the prayer that his candidature be considered on the post of LDC pursuant to recruitment notification dated 12.02.2013.
2. Mr. Upadhyay, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent- State at the outset pointed out that the computer qualification (RSCIT certificate), which the petitioner has relied upon is issued on 07.09.2013, which is after the cut-off date fixed by the State Government, i.e. on 30.06.2013.

3. This Court finds the assertion of Mr. Upadhyay to be correct.
4. In view of the aforesaid, and in view of the judgment of this Court dated 14.12.2022 in the case of Deu Kumari Bhil Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15441/2022, the writ petition is dismissed.
5. The stay petition also stands disposed of.
