HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VINIT KUMAR MATHUR Judgment / Order 25/01/2023 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner-Institution raising a grievance that the respondents are not inspecting its college for granting permission to establish Nursing College for GNM course and are also not passing appropriate orders for granting permission to establish the said college.
Be that as it may, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner-Institution to file an application seeking (Downloaded on 25/01/2023 at 11:17:25 PM) [2023/RJJD/002230] (2 of 2) [CW-1486/2023] permission for establishing Nursing College for conducting the aforementioned course within a period of three weeks from today.
In case such application is filed by the petitioner-Institution, it is expected that the respondent No.3 shall consider and decide the same and pass appropriate order preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of the application after conducting necessary inspection, subject to the condition that the petitioner-Institution has completed all the other requisite formalities.
Ordered accordingly.
Writ petition and stay petition stand disposed of.
