Mahaveer & Ors.: D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.936/2022, decided on 9.12.2022, whereby, the appeals arising from the similar order have been dismissed by Division Bench.
In view of the submissions made, following the judgment in Union of India & Ors. v. Mahaveer & Ors. (supra), the present special appeal is also dismissed.
