HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MUNNURI LAXMAN Judgment 04/12/2023 This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the respondents have not complied with the directions given by this Court vide order dated 18.04.2022 passed in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4393/2022 (Gena Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.).
This Court vide order dated 18.04.2022 disposed of the writ petition filed by the petitioner while observing that the Public Land Protection Cell of the concerned District shall consider and decide (Downloaded on 05/12/2023 at 08:45:41 PM) [2023:RJ-JD:42094-DB] (2 of 2) [WCP-1204/2022] the grievance raised by the petitioner in accordance with the directions given by this Court at Jaipur Bench vide order dated 30.01.2019 passed in Jagdish Prasad Meena Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. [D.B. Civil Writ Petition (PIL) No.10819/2018].
Compliance report has been filed on behalf of the respondents, wherein it is stated that the order passed by this Court on 18.04.2022 has substantially been complied with.
Counter to the reply filed on behalf of the respondent-State has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, wherein it is alleged that the order passed by this Court on 18.04.2022 has not been complied with in full letter spirit.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going through the compliance report filed on behalf of respondent-State, we are of the view that the substantial compliance of the order dated 18.04.2022 passed by this Court in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4393/2022 has been done.
Hence, no further is required to be passed in this contempt petition and the same is hereby disposed of.
Notices are discharged.
