Order 01/12/2023 1 Learned counsel for the petitioners makes a limited submission that the respondents may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioners, while keeping into consideration the judgment passed in the case of State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Jagdish Narain Chaturvedi, reported in 2009 CDR 550 (SC); Bhura Ram Saharan & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. reported in 2013 (3) CDR 1561 (Raj.); State of Rajasthan & Anr. Vs. Surendra Mohnot & Ors. reported in (2014) 14 Supreme Court Cases 77 & State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Chandra Ram (D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.589/2015, decided along with other connected matters on 07.07.2017).
