----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Rakesh Matoria For Respondent(s) : Mr. Gourav Singh, PP HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE FARJAND ALI Order 04/04/2023 The judgment of conviction and order of sentence passed by the learned trial Court has been affirmed by the learned appellate Court. The prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner for relaxation in the amount of compensation which is directed to be paid to the complainant does not seem reasonable.
There seems no illegality incorrectness or impropriety in passing order of sentence by learned trial court and then affirmed by the learned appellate Court. Thus, there is no force in the present revision petition. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed.
The stay petition also stand dismissed.
