HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN BHANSALI Order 04/04/2023 Learned counsel for the petitioners made submissions that the manner in which the dispute which resulted in judgment and decree dated 23.12.2022 (Annex.P/1) has proceeded as is tell tale and that the documents from the said suit are not being provided to the petitioners on account of the fact that the petitioners are not a party to the said suit, however, the said documents are necessary for establishing the wrongdoing on part of the parties to the decree dated 23.12.2022.
In view of the submissions made, the Assistant Collector, (SDO), Nagaur is directed to provide certified copies of the Revenue Suit No.78/2022, decided on 23.12.2022 to the petitioners, based on the application, which they have made seeking copies.
List the petition after two weeks.
