It appears that respondent-plaintiff was appointed on the post of helper vide order dated 1.10.1964 and his civil suit No.199/91 for declaration of termination has been decree vide judgment dated 11.3.1997 with direction to pay all benefits treating him working on the post Lower Division Clerk. The judgment and decree dated 11.3.1997 has further been affirmed in first appeal No.23/1997 vide judgment impugned dated 31.3.1999. JVVNL has challenged both judgments and decree in the instant second appeal.
The second appeal was admitted vide order dated 4.9.2003 and pending since long.
Respondent-plaintiff has moved an application for vacation of stay order dated 10.9.2001.
Since the appeal has already been admitted for final hearing, this Court deems it just and proper to list this second appeal for final hearing on 7.12.2022 in supplementary list.
In view of the matter, application for vacation of stay order stands disposed of.
