JUSTICE VIJAY BISHNOI Judgment / Order 28/11/2022 During the course of arguments, it appears that for the purpose of redressing the grievances of farmers, a District Level Grievance Redressal Committee (DGRC) is constituted under the operational guidelines of Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) as per Clause 30.2 of the above-reffed Yojna.
The District Level Monitoring Committee shall act as a Grievance Redresal Committee for redressal of grievances of the farmers, which shall dispose of the matter within a period of 15 days and the parties such as farmers, banks, insurance company and District Authority/Department shall be bound by the said decision.
Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to direct the petitioners to submit their claim before the District Level Grievance Redressal Committee (DGRC), Hanumangarh within a period of one week from today.

Learned counsel Mr. M.C. Bishnoi, appearing on behalf of the agriculture department, is directed to submit the report of the District Level Grievance Redressal Committee (DGRC), Hanumangarh before this Court on the next date of hearing.
