1. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that the corpus entered into marriage with the petitioner. Petitioner's wife is taken away by his in-laws on the ground that they will perform a social marriage. However, they are trying to marry her some other place.
2. This Court is alive of the fact that corpus is a major, hence, we deem it proper to direct the petitioner to deposit a demand draft of Rs.25,000/- drawn in favour of Registrar (General) Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench, Jaipur with the Registrar (Judicial).
3. Issue notice to the respondents.
4. Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents No.1 to 3.
5. Office is directed to issue notice to private respondent No.4 returnable by 30.06.2022.

6. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the petition alongwith receipt of the deposit of amount in the office of Additional Government Advocate.
7. On depositing of the amount and furnishing the proof thereof, Additional Government Advocate shall ensure that the corpus is produced before the Court on the next date.
8. List this matter on 30.06.2022.
