No case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.
Accordingly, this bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C is rejected. However, petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial court on or before 28.03.2022 and file an application for bail under Section 437 Cr.P.C and it is expected from the trial Court that application will be decided on the same day.
