Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in respect of different assessment year 2012-13, petitioner has already filed Civil Writ Petition No.19973/2019 and learned Single Judge of this Court vide order dated 29.11.2019 has passed an interim order in the aforesaid case directing the parties to maintain status quo.

Considering that prima-facie, the issue raised in the petition is identical to that raised in petition which is already pending before this Court filed by the petitioner in respect of previous assessment year raising identical issue, we deem it appropriate to pass similar interim order to the effect that the respondent is (Downloaded on 30/03/2022 at 09:17:52 PM) (2 of 2) [CW-2637/2022] restrained from proceedings further in the matter pursuant to proceedings initiated under Sections 147 and 148 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 as against the petitioner in respect of order which is questioned in the present petition.

List this case along with D.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 2552/2022.
