At the outset, on the statement made by learned Additional Advocate General that the issue raised in this petition is squarely covered by order dated 25.11.2021 passed in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5920/2021 and connected matters, learned counsel for (Downloaded on 29/03/2022 at 09:04:14 PM) (2 of 2) [CW-7871/2021] the petitioners fairly concede to the legal position as adumbrated in the aforesaid order.

We further noticed that according to learned Additional Advocate General, the necessary steps as contemplated under clause (i) of the directions issued in the aforesaid order have already been accomplished in the case of the petitioners.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and the same is accordingly disposed off.

Interim order stands vacated.
