HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL (V.J.) Order 17/06/2022 Petitioner has challenged the judgment dated 09.06.2022 passed by Addl. Session Judge No.2, Bharatpur, in Criminal Appeal No.31/2019 (CIS No.220/2019), confirming the order dated 12.09.2019 passed by Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate Kumher, District Bharatpur in Criminal Case No.221/2010, whereby he has been convicted and sentenced for offence under Sections 279, 304-A IPC. Alongwith the revision petition, petitioner has filed this application for suspension of sentence.
Heard learned counsel for the accused-petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

(2 of 2) [CRLR-866/2022] Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to deposit the fine amount.
Considering the fact that conclusion of revision petition will take time and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems just and proper to suspend the sentence awarded to the accused-petitioner.
Accordingly, if petitioner deposits the fine amount awarded by the court below, the application for suspension of sentence is allowed and it is ordered that the sentence passed by court/s below against the accused-petitioner Dhanraj @ Dhansingh Son Of Kanchan Singh shall remain suspended, provided he execute a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- along with two sureties in the like amount each to the satisfaction of the trial court for his appearance in this court on 22.07.2022 and as and when called upon to do so.
