JUSTICE ANOOP KUMAR DHAND Order 01/06/2022 An oral request/prayer has been made by the counsel appearing for the respondent No.2-Insurance Company that the words "Insurance Company" in the second and third lines on the top of page No.7 in the Judgment dated 26.05.2022 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No.87/2001 be ordered to be corrected as the aforesaid words have been typed due to typographical error.

Further prayer has been made by the counsel that the words "Insurance Company" in line Nos.2 and 3 on the top of page No.7 of the judgment dated 26.05.2022 in the aforementioned appeal be ordered to be read as "respondent No.1" and the typographical error in the aforesaid judgment may kindly be corrected to the aforesaid extent.

(3 of 3) [CMA-87/2001] Prayer when read with the aforesaid judgment appears to be innocuous. Therefore, the aforesaid typographical error is corrected in the aforesaid judgment in 'red ink' and necessary corrections are also made in the web copy of the aforesaid judgment.

The order passed today shall be treated as part and parcel of the judgment dated 26.05.2022 passed by this Court.
