Rajpurohit, learned AAG has informed this Court that since NOC in respect of the petitioner-institution has already been granted, this writ petition has rendered infructuous.
Learned counsel for the petitioner-institution is not in a position to dispute the fact that the NOC has already been granted by the respondents.
In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Mr. Rajpurohit seeks a week's time to apprise this Court about the decision taken in the meeting by the concerned officials before this Court. Time sought for is granted.
