SAW No.908/2017, Namonarayan Sharma Vs. State & Ors.
The present writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation (Downloaded on 07/01/2022 at 09:07:19 PM) (2 of 2) [CW-17952/2021] before the competent authority, seeking consideration of petitioner's case also in light of the Division Bench judgment rendered in the case of Namonarayan (supra).
