HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 28/04/2022 Appellant-plaintiff has filed this first appeal, assailing judgment and decree dated 23.01.2019 passed by Additional District Judge, Tonk in Civil Suit No.4/2012 whereby cancellation of sale deed dated 17.01.2007 has wrongly been dismissed by the trial Court.
Heard.
Issue notice to respondents. Record of both Courts below be summoned. In the meanwhile and till further orders, both parties are directed to maintain status quo as to alienation in relation to suit property as it exits today.
