HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 12/04/2022 Appellant-plaintiff has filed this appeal against the judgment and decree dated 19.12.2017 passed by Additional Sessions Judge Ramganjmandi District Kota (Raj.) in civil suit No.28/2005 whereby his civil suit for recovery amount has been dismissed.
Learned counsel for appellant submits that against the sale of goods, he owe the amount against the respondents but the trial court has committed illegality in dismissing the suit.
