1. Challenging the order dated 25.08.2021, Mr. Pareek, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Court below has heard while directing the petitioner (Decree Holder) to get the sub-

                                   division    and        demarcation           of    the    land      done,       whereas,    the

responsibility of the same was of the judgment debtor.

2. Matter requires consideration.

3. Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also, returnable within six weeks.

4. Till then the respondents shall be restrained from transferring/ alienating or otherwise creating third party rights qua the remaining land i.e. 1/7 th portion of Khasra No.21, Araji No.21/6, 21/7 of Village Fatehpura, Tehsil Bijoliya District Bhilwara.

5. Instant order shall not come in the way if the executing Court or the judgment debtor executes the sale-deed in petitioner's favour.
