JUSTICE RAMESHWAR VYAS Judgment / Order 05/10/2021 The petitioner shall deposit per-emptory cost to the tune of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand Rupees only) with the Registrar (Judicial), Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur within three days from today.
Upon the cost being deposited, notices shall be issued to the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner shall provide a copy of the writ petition along with copy of the receipt of the deposit of above amount to the learned Additional Government Advocate, appearing for the State, whereafter the learned Additional Government Advocate shall instruct the SHO concerned to trace out the corpus Mst 'S' and to present her in the Court on the next date of hearing.
Notices be issued to other respondents. List on 27.10.2021.
