Learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the controversy involved in the instant appeal is covered by order (Downloaded on 01/10/2021 at 08:53:44 PM) (2 of 2) [SAW-547/2021] dated 01.07.2021 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.7797/2021, whereby judgment passed by a Bench of this Court in D.B.S.A.W. No.877/2019 has been confirmed. Therefore, the present special appeal deserves to be dismissed.
