HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL Order 08/11/2021 In view of his acquittal in Sessions Case No.49/2016 vide judgment dated 05.10.2021 post rejection of his candidature vide order dated 24.09.2021, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to approach the authorities for consideration of his candidature for appointment in terms of circular No.P-2(1)Personnel/Ka-2/2003 dated 02.03.2020 issued by the State Government through Department of Personnel and wants to withdraw the writ petition for the aforesaid purpose.
