1. Petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.

2. F.I.R. No.284/2020 was registered at Police Station, Baran Sadar Dist. Baran for offence under Sections 341, 354, 504, 323, (Downloaded on 11/03/2021 at 08:50:36 PM) (2 of 3) [CRLMB-1730/2021] 34 I.P.C.

3. It is contended by the counsel for the petitioners that the present F.I.R. has been lodged after twelve days of the incident to counterblast the F.I.R. lodged by the petitioners under Section 308 IPC.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor and counsel for the complainant have opposed these bail applications.

5. I have considered the contentions.

6. Considering the contention put forth by counsel for the petitioners, the anticipatory bail applications are allowed.

7. The Anticipatory Bail Applications are allowed. The S.H.O./I.O./Arresting Authority, Police Station Baran Sadar Dist. Baran in F.I.R. No. 284/2020 is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners they shall be released on bail, provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to his satisfaction on the following conditions:-

(I). that the petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii). that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or any police officer, and

8. A copy of this order be placed in connected file.
