Civil Writ Petition No. 7543/2021 : Babu Khan versus State of Rajasthan & Ors. and as all the tagged cases also raise the same issue, he may be permitted not to file a reply in other connected cases and he shall adopt the reply in all the cases.
Learned counsel for the petitioners do not have any objection in this regard.
Accordingly it is directed that a reply be filed only in one case i.e. S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 7543/2021 : Babu Khan versus State of Rajasthan & Ors. and other all matters shall be tagged along with this case.
