The instant petition has as been filed by the petitioner for directions to the respondents No.2 2 to 5 to conduct fair, fast and impartial investigation in a case arising out of FIR No.275 dated 17.12.2025, under Sections 115, 190, 191(2), 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 3(2)va of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Industrial Area, Bhiwani.

2. The learned counsel sel representing the petitioner submits that the petitionerr has filed the representation da dated 18.03.2026 (Annexure P-2) P before the respondent No.4 4 and Deputy Superintendent of Police Bhiwani.

3. Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 5.

5. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4 to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P P-2) by passing a speaking order within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of instant order.

order It is however clarified that no finding is being returned, by this Court, with regard to merits of the contents of representation representation. The respondent No.4 shall be at liberty to make an independent assessment with regard to contents of representation of the petitioner, and take an independent decision at his own level.
