Present criminal writ petition has been filed under Article Mandamus, inter alia, for 226 of the Constitution of India in the nature of Mandamus issuance of direction to the respondents to ensure protection of the life and personal liberty of the petitioner, in view view of grave and imminent threats details therein.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.4 - Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad to consider and take a conscious decision on the pending representation dated 07.05.2026 (Annexure P P-1) made by the petitioner.
3. On the other hand, on advance service of copy of petition, Ms. Priyanka Sadar Sadar Thakur, Senior DAG Haryana causes appearance and MAHAVIR SINGH 2026.05.22 15:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/ judgment CRWP-
CRWP-6041- 6041-2026 2 opposes issuance of notice of motion. She submits that grievance of the petitioner will be looked into by respondent No.4 - Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad and shall take decision either way, on the pending representation dated 07.05.2026 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner.
4. Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek reply by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.
5. Without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition in hand is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 - Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad to consider pending representation dated 07.05.2026 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner and take a ratiocinated decision thereupon, within a period of 30 days from today, in accordance with law.
6. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
