1. Learned counsel for the respondents-State has submitted that in pursuance of the order passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court on 01.12.2025, a detailed speaking order dated 21.05.2026 has been passed by the respondents. A copy of the said speaking order has been handed over to this Court during the course of arguments, which is taken on record and marked as Mark "A" and a copy of the same has also been given to learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are not satisfied with the said speaking order and thus, the present contempt petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioners to challenge the said speaking order, in accordance with law.
3. In view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
