1. Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of the FIR No.203 dated 25.07.2023, under Section 13(1) of the Punjab Travel Professional (Regulation) Act, 2014, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Bathinda.

2. Vide order dated 19.05.2026, this Court had directed Mr. Amandeep Singh Mavi, SDM, Bathinda to appear before the learned Magistrate, Bathinda for recording of his statement.

3. In pursuance to the said order, Mr. Amandeep Singh Mavi, SDM, Bathinda, has appeared before the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bathinda and has suffered a statement that FIR No.203 dated 25.07.2023, under Section 13(1) of The Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulations) Rules, 2014, PS Civil Lines, on the orders of Deputy Commissioners Bathinda vide order dated 21.07.2023. Police authorities moved cancellation report in the present FIR and on behalf of Deputy Commissioner, Bathinda, he has no objection if the present cancellation MAMTA 2026.05.22 18:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-27409-2026 -2- report is accepted. Copy of said order dated 21.05.2026 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bathinda is placed on record.

4. Since the compliance has been made in view of the order dated 19.05.2026, no further order is required to be passed and accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
