1. Learned senior counsel for the respondent has submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 27.01.2026 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, a speaking order dated 29.04.2026 has been passed which has been annexed as Annexure R-1 along with the compliance report dated 14.05.2026, which is taken on record.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not satisfied with the said speaking order and the present petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
3. Ordered accordingly.
