1. The aforesaid four applications i.e. 1) review application, 2) application for condonation of delay of 100 days days, 3) application for placing on record Annexure A-1 A 1 with exemption from filing certified copy thereof and 4) for staying the operation of order dated 17.09.2018, have been filed by respondent No.2/applicant on 30.07.2019 30.07.2019.. However, certain objections were raised ised by the Registry.

2. As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the application applications,, on which, objections have been raised by the Registry, are to be taken back by the 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 03-02-2026 02:26:25 ::: 2 counsel/party for removing the objections tions but till date objections have not been removed by the applicant for listing the same again again.. On failure to do the needful, the case is to be listed before the Court for orders.

3. Even after publication of the note requesting the Advocate to collect his case for re-filing re filing after rectification of objections, the needful was not done. Consequently, the matter has been listed before this Court in urgent list today.

4. No one has appeared on behalf of the applicant.

5. In view of the aforementioned facts, no further order is required to be passed. Accordingly, all the four application applications are disposed of. The file be consigned to the record.

6. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
