1. The case was taken up for consideration on 23.12.2025 and no one had appeared on behalf of the appellant. Thereafter, on the last date of hearing, i.e. on 29.01.2026, the following order was passed:-
"On the last date of hearing, no one had appeared on behalf of the appellant. Today, there is an adjournment slip circulated on behalf of learned counsel for the appellant on the ground that the instructions are not complete.
It may be noticed that the said ground is not a valid ground to seek adjournment and even not to appear before the Court, however, in the interest of justice, adjourned to 31.01.2026.
It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted on the adjourned date."
2. Today again, no one has appeared on behalf of the appellant. Hence, it can be safely presumed that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.
