1. Through the instant petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (fo (forr short "BNSS"), the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.68 dated 21.03.2026, registered under Sections 333, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 351(3), 3(5) and 61(2) of BNS, 2023, at Police Station Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib Sahib.
2. On 17.04.2026, the following order was passed by this Court: -
"CRM-16367-2026 Keeping in view the averments made in the application, exemption is granted as prayed for.

CRM-M-20752 20752-2026 2 Prayer in the present peti petition tion filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.68 dated 21.03.2026, registered under Sections 333, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 351(3), 3(5) and 61(2) of BNS, 2023, at Police Station Amloh, District District Fatehgarh Sahib.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further contends that the petitioner has no concern with the said offence and the allegations levelled ag against ainst him are vague. Learned counsel contends that there is no direct evidence on record to connect the petitioner with the said crime. He further contends that no specific injury has been attributed to the petitioner. It has been contended that the petiti petitioner oner has been implicated in the present FIR due to factional rivalry prevailing in the village. The complainant being the Sarpanch of the village by misusing the position, falsely implicated the petitioner in the said offence. Nothing is to be recovered fr from om the petitioner.
Learned counsel has further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the investigating agency. Therefore, it is urged that the instant petition deserves to be allowe allowed.
Notice of motion.
On asking of the Court, Mr. Ravinder Singh, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent respondent-State State and seeks time to file the status report in the matter.
Adjourned to 28.04.2026.
In the meantime, the petitioner is directed to join investigation within a week from today and would appear as and when required by the Investigating Officer and cooperate with the Investigating Agency. In the event of arrest, he shall be admitted to interim bail on furnishing of bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. The petitioner satisfaction shall also abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section GURPREET 482(2) of BNSS, 2023."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 17.04.2026 passed by this is Court, the petitioner ha has joined the investigation.
4. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Avtar Singh, has submitted that the petitioner has ha joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation.
5. In view view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 17.04.2026 passed by this Court, is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the cconditions onditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
