CM-13222-CWP-2015 and CM-13223-CWP-2015 Applications already stand allowed vide order dated 19.10.2015.

Main case:

Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 27.08.2014 whereby the representation of the petitioner against removal from the approved list had been rejected and order his promotion as 'Assistant Sub-Inspector/General Duty' based on medical categorization for colour blindness.

The instant writ petition was adjourned sine die to await the final adjudication of Civil Appeal No.3938 of 2016 by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

P. Suresh Kumar Vs. Union of India and others' passed by the High Court of Delhi.

The present writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment dated 28.02.2013 passed by the High Court of Delhi in the matter of Sh. P. Suresh Kumar (supra).
