1. Prayer in the present petition is for appointment to the post of Clerk instead of Water Carrier, offered to the petitioner on compassionate grounds, which learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Attar Singh, Reader, Deputy District Attorney, O/o DCP Jhajjar, submits that petitioner ha had accepted vide the appointment letter dated 03.06.2001 and he is continuing in service service.
2. In view of the above, the present petition is ddisposed isposed of, reserving the petitioner with a liberty to get it revived, in case need arises.
