By way of present appeal, the appellant has challenged the judgment dated 17.08.2024 passed by Sessions Judge, Faridkot whereby, all the accused- persons namely Jaspreet Singh @ Jassi, Jaskaran Singh, Simranjit Singh @ Sunny and Manish Kumar @ Mohit, stand acquitted.
Learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the present appeal with liberty to approach the Court at appropriate stage.
